Now in its 53rd season, the San Francisco Arts Education Project continues to explore the relationship between artist mentors and their students in its annual Dialogues exhibit. Showcasing the mutual exchange of formal, material, or conceptual elements found in the work of both the older and the younger artists, the work of SFArtsED artist mentors is presented in conjunction with student work created during each artists’ SFUSD in-school, after-school, or private school residency. Who inspires whom? Is resonance reciprocal?
